Vision & Mission

The 365 mindset: why we keep juniors engaged at the club all year round.

The 365 mindset

We believe clubs grow stronger when juniors feel engaged all year and happily take part in club life. Not only during lessons and competition, but 365 days a year. That is why we put juniors first and see sport as an ongoing club experience where development, fun and meeting others come together.

Mission

Play – Learn – Save

TOF Sports turns every junior into a true club player.

We bring clubs to life by getting juniors truly moving. Our mission is to activate children for more play moments, help them develop broadly and connect them sustainably to their club. With the TOF method, juniors grow from lesson customers into active club players and ambassadors of their sport.

KNLTB

Powered by KNLTB — Tenniskids TOF and TOF padel as the foundation of your youth programme.

What is Tenniskids TOF?

Every child first

Tenniskids TOF is part of the KNLTB Tenniskids programme. TOF stands for Training Development Phases and provides structure and support for junior tennis development. Within Tenniskids TOF the junior is central. Players get room to develop in their own way and at their own pace.

Player card

Every junior receives a Tenniskids TOF player card, matched to the Tenniskids colour they play in. The card gives insight into development and is brought to training and matches.

From level to level

On the front of the player card are dots that help answer questions such as when a player is ready for competition, progress within a colour, or the next Tenniskids colour.

On the back, a dot can be coloured in every time the player is on court — lessons, matches, free play or club activities.

Saving and rewards

When the player card is fully filled in, the junior receives a reward from the coach or club. That is how Tenniskids TOF encourages active participation and lasting engagement.

TOF Method

Play, learn and save: the Plug & Play system for your club.

The TOF method: from lesson customer to active club player

At TOF Sports we believe juniors only truly grow when tennis and padel are more than a weekly lesson. With the TOF method we help clubs activate juniors, develop them and connect them sustainably to club life.

The TOF method is built on one clear belief: a strong youth section grows when children feel welcome and engaged at the club 365 days a year.

The three pillars of the TOF method

1

Play: The foundation of an active club

Play drives fun and development. Within the TOF method we create accessible play moments at your own club.

  • Safe, familiar play at your own club
  • Team spirit and friendships come first
  • No performance pressure — challenge and fun instead
  • Suitable for all levels

By bringing play back, the club becomes a place children love to be — also outside training.

2

Learn: Develop by doing

  • Apply rules directly on court
  • Apply fair play on and off court
  • Mentally stronger on and off court
  • More confidence and independence
  • More interaction between player(s), coach and club
3

Save: Build club spirit together

In gamification, saving means children (together) collect points and rewards by taking part actively and showing effort.

  • Makes participation more fun
  • Strengthens connection between players
  • Juniors feel more engaged
  • Contributes to a lively youth culture at the club

The 365 mindset

At TOF Sports it does not stop after one lesson a week. We work from the 365 mindset: juniors feel part of the club all year. Free play, peer challenges, club activities and play moments turn sport into an ongoing club experience.

TOF Score

Measure engagement and motivate juniors with points, status and play moments.

The TOF 365 Score: measuring what really matters

To make youth participation visible and measurable, TOF Sports introduces the TOF 365 Score: the standard for active juniors at tennis and padel clubs. The score rewards taking part — the more often a junior plays and joins club life, the higher the score.

Goal:365 points per year per junior
Earn points

How does the TOF 365 Score work?

Points are collected at recurring play moments at the club.

1Taking part in practice formats
2Taking part in club championships
3Free play

Play without the pressure to win

Participation counts more than results. Taking part more often and narrowly losing earns more with TOF Score than showing up occasionally and always winning.

More motivation to play
More confidence
A safe learning environment
Faster and broader development

Gamification and motivation

Players work towards higher scores, save for fun rewards and build their TOF Score status.

Digital tool

Coaches track scores and progress digitally, with the emphasis on participation and effort.

Magnetic posters

Magnetic format posters for whiteboard — professional on court.

Why magnetic posters for our formats?

Our tennis and padel formats are designed to work optimally with magnetic posters. These large-format posters (60x90 cm) are the professional standard for presenting playful practice formats and play schedules.

Important to know: For best use you need a (mobile) whiteboard. This format is essential for the best presentation and ease of use.

Why magnetic posters are the best choice

  • Quick swap: on and off the whiteboard in one move
  • No damage to your board
  • Durable, flexible and reusable
  • Full-colour print for a professional look
  • Combine 3–4 posters on a 120 cm wide whiteboard

Flexible magnetic foil (0.3 mm)

Thin, flexible magnetic foil with a fully magnetic back — not a hard magnet plate, but a premium poster that sticks straight onto a whiteboard.

Lightweight & flexible

Stays stable on the whiteboard thanks to its low weight.

UV- and weather-resistant

Does not fade in full sun by the padel courts.

Magnetic strength

Holds across the full surface — corners do not curl.

Easy to roll up

After the tournament, store it compactly in the clubhouse.
